Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders will ship between 5-10 business days after your payment is authorized and verified excluding weekends or holidays. All United States orders are shipped through USPS, a tracking number will be emailed upon shipment. In the event that shipping is delayed you will be contacted via email. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. All disputes can we filed through the postal carrier.

International orders are shipped between 15-30 days. Tracking information is not available for International purchases, customers will receive an email with their customs number that may be used at USPS.com to show postal service acceptance. Any custom fees or taxes associated with international purchases are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. All disputes can we filed through the postal carrier.

 

RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY

Any returned packages due to invalid mailing addresses that's provided during check out, the Postal Service will return the package to sender. You will be contacted by a customer support representative to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse for returned to sender packages.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

No Returns Or Exchanges. All Sales are Final. Please assure your selecting the correct sizes per accessory
when checking out.

Only exception: mistakes made by Glam Chick Accessories which will result in a replacement or
store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
